Benjamin Franklin

⚡ Benjamin Franklin was an American scientist and inventor who studied electricity and proved that lightning is electricity. His famous kite-and-key experiment led to the invention of the lightning rod, which protects buildings from lightning strikes. Franklin also created bifocal glasses and was one of the Founding Fathers of the United States.
